- CAN I WEAR MAKEUP TO MY FACIAL SESSION?
- As an express facial salon, we offer basic makeup removal. For heavy makeup (foundation, concealers, etc.), please remove it before your turn. If you prefer to keep your eye makeup, inform your therapist. However, as liquids are used during the facial, the beauty therapist cannot be held responsible if your eye makeup isn't perfectly preserved.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY QUEUE NUMBER?
- If you miss your queue number, kindly inform our beauty therapists, and they'll assist you as soon as possible. However, you'll need to wait for two customers to be served before rejoining the queue. If missed again, the same rule applies.
- WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT?
- Please inform our beauty therapists if you are pregnant so we can skip any radio-frequency steps. We also recommend avoiding our Neck Care, Eye Care, V-Lift, and Pigmentation treatments, as they include radio-frequency. Your safety is our top priority—consult your gynecologist before proceeding with any treatments.
- DO WE SERVE CHILDREN?
- It is compulsory for children below 18 years old to be accompanied by an adult when patronising Flash Facial.
