Which facials are included?
Any 30-minute treatment on the Flash Pass menu, each with a skin booster cream. OxyGeneo treatments are not included.
Do members get a discount on extra treatments?
Yes. Members get 30% off any additional treatments purchased during the month. OxyGeneo treatments are excluded.
Where can I use Flash Pass?
Flash Pass is valid at Flash Facial, Dubai Hills Mall.
When am I charged?
On the day you join, then on the same date every month until you cancel.
What happens to sessions I don't use?
Your two sessions renew on each billing date. Unused sessions expire at the end of that month and don't roll over.
How do I cancel?
Give at least one month's notice before your next billing date, through Fresha or by messaging us. With less notice, one final month is charged and you can still use that month's sessions.
Will my price go up?
No. Your monthly price is locked for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are personal and can't be shared or transferred.
Can I get a refund?
Payments already taken are non-refundable.
